Refund Policy

A 15 day trial is available of our ecommerce solutions at no cost or obligation to buy. By completing your order and making payment you do so assuming that the software has been fully evaluated to meet your needs. You agree that the sales staff of PDCart Ltd will only provide refunds in exceptional circumstances within 15 days of payment. The management reserve the right to decide what is deemed to be an exceptional circumstance.

Any service purchased that involves direct involvement of staff members such as software installation, upgrade, custom integration or custom skin work cannot be refunded. Open source products cannot be refunded. Refunds are not given in the event of dissatisfaction with the product as demos of specific skins are offered.
